I’m Jane McGarry, media mogul and founder of Jane McGany Media. I’m an award-winning TV news anchor, reporter and television personality. I co-host the popular morning news and entertaininent show “Good Morning Texas” for Dallas Ft. Worth based WFAA-TV as well as reporting and producing the “Texas Legends’. series.

In my 30 plus years in media, I’ve interviewed Presidents., Fortune 500 CEOs, Hall of Fame athletes, and Hollywood celebrities. Anyone from President George W. Bush, First Lady Laura Bush, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, to Dallas Mavericks owner and entrepreneur Mark Cuban and Texas music legend Willie Nelson.

During my time with NBC’s owned and operated station, KXAS-TV in Dallas Ft. Worth, I received the National Gracie Award for “Best Local News Anchor in the Country”, a prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award for broadcast journalism, as well as a Lone Star Emmy Award for “Best Newscast in Texas”. I’ve been named “most popular news anchor in the Metroplex” numerous times by local media.
